It is very easy to incorporate the best weight loss tips into your diet plan so that you lose weight effectively and easily. One of them is to maintain a daily diary of your current foods.
Put everything you eat and drink in the day into your diary religiously along with the quantities. This will help you identify the problem areas of your daily food habits and help you lose weight. Once you have identified the problems, it will be easier to solve them.

Drink more water for effective weight loss. Avoid fizzy drinks and even juices because these are invariably high in empty calories and provide extra sugar. Even unsweetened drinks should be avoided as far as possible because they only contain artificial stuff along with chemicals, additives and preservatives.
If water is too boring, then have herbal teas or plain tea without milk or sugar, or clear or light soups. If you have a glass of water before each meal, your food intake will decrease and your food will get better digested as well.
Whole foods for losing weight
If you cut out refined foods from your diet you will not only be able to lose weight, but get healthier as well. Use whole meal flour instead of refined flour. If you do have sugar in your diet (though you should cut it out as far as possible) substitute it with honey or unrefined sugar. Use brown rice instead of white. If you eat bread have a whole grain one.
Eat whole fruits instead of having juices or fruits which are peeled or canned or preserved in any way. (Some fruits, like citrus fruits, melons, pineapple and lots more have to be peeled.) Eat lots of vegetables, at least some of them raw. All these will add to the vitamin and fiber content of your diet and keep you healthy. They will also keep you full and satisfy your hunger for more effective weight loss.
Eating often to lose weight
You should not be eating two or three large meals a day, especially if you are in the habit of doing so. Break up your meals so that you are eating at least six times a day. This will help you control your portions and keep you satiated.
Small meals, eaten often, will keep the digestive system in good order and help you lose weight in a healthy manner. They will also keep hunger pangs at bay.

If you keep your goal weight in mind and break that up on a weekly basis it will be easier to achieve and you will be happy when you get to your minor goal weight. Losing weight slowly and steadily is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.
